The damage and the origin of formaldehyde: formaldehyde is a colorless and soluble poisonous gas; it can irritate the eye and the mucous membrane of respiratory system and cause the conjunctivitis, faucitis and asthma other diseases. It also can cause the leukaemia and other diseases of nasal, oral and digestive system.
   Formaldehyde mainly contains in man-made boards such as veneer, density board, laminated wood board, particleboard and furniture etc. Because formaldehyde is very easy to release to the air, it is easy to pollute and for its long time of release is about 3 to 15 years, it is a long-term threat to health.
   For a good environment and health, we have developed a new product JTF-3 formaldehyde absorber which adopted the German techniques and fill the gap in this area in our country.
   Mechanism of JTF-3: there are 7×1020 molecules per milliliter, which can absorb the formaldehyde; there are two main function of JTF-3: the first one is the effective component in the solution enters into the board and another part absorbs the formaldehyde and decomposes it into harmless materials; the second function is after sprayed onto the board, JTF-3 can form a formaldehyde decomposing film and kill the formaldehyde when it releases from the board.

Characteristics of JIF-3:

   1?High efficient: High efficient component content and fast formaldehyde killing ability. 30 minutes after sprayed it will be working and the killing ratio can reach 92% in 24 hours even 98% in a long time.
  2?Durable: It can become a fine film which has high efficient and activity on the surface of the article in a long time.
  3?Safe: There are no harmless materials contained.
  4?Convenient: What you have to do is to spray it onto the surface of the material which has not been painted.
  5?Weather resistant: It works normally when the temperature is -20~40°C.

Measure and standard of the effect of JTF-3

   1?National green environment standard:Measure the quantity of releasing formaldehyde with desiccators

      A rank ones: =1.5 mg/L

     B rank ones: =5 mg/L

   2?Measuring standard: Measure with desiccators according to GB/T17657-1999

   3?Effect: The quantity of releasing formaldehyde is bellow 1.5 mg/L after spraying the JTF-3 measured by the National Testing & Inspection Center for Man-made Boards

  1?For various man-made boards

Methods for the use of JTF-3

  1?Spray onto the surface of various boards.
  2?Normally after 24 hours dry at room temperature the boards can be used.
  3?The spraying amount for 3mm boards is 25~30 g/m2, and 35 g/m2 for the boards above 5mm, but 40~45 g/m2 for furniture.
  4?It will not affect the adhesion and the quality of the painted surface.
  5?You can spray this product directly onto the surface of the furniture.
  6?Use brush when paint and mini-sprayer when spray, but paint is economical.

Notice:

  1?It must be dry for process if the paint area is large.
  2?Paint or spray when the surface of the coating and painted surface is dry.
  3?Please have a try before paint or spray.
  4?Please paint or spray evenly.
  5?This product is not suitable for bi-faced PVC and oil painted surface.
  6?Use a large quantity when the content of formaldehyde is above 40 mg/100gboard.
