Advantages:

Way of solidification:
It usually solidify through humidity reaction in atmosphere, usual at low temperature and low humidity and slow in reaction.
Chemical stability
Stable in as follows: fresh water, sea water, lime water, drainage, diluted acid, dilute base, fuel, vegetable oil and fat oil and etc. unstable in organic acid, concentrated base and solvents.

Surface adhesive 9%;
Medium layer adhesive 7%;
